I just finished getting my front windshield replaced on my Outlander, and there are three things that I really loved about my experience with A+ Auto Glass that I think are worth sharing: 1) Sylvain picked up the phone and gave me a quote right away, as well as some options for when I could come in. The price was fair (and quite a bit better than the national chain auto glass place) and I appreciated talking directly to one of the people that would be doing the work. 2) The shop is clean and comfortable. Automotive shops understandably have a long list of priorities, but unfortunately client comfort in the waiting room is too far down the list. At A+ it wasn’t like this; the waiting area was clean, comfortable and had wifi so that I could still get some work done. 3) Timelines were realistic - Sylvain let me know about how long the replacement would take, and he was even a little bit faster than that, which I really appreciated. I really appreciated that I was able to drop my car off at the allotted time, the work started on time and I got my car back on time without having to cancel the rest of my day. Sylvain, I hope I don’t need to replace my windshield again anytime soon, but if I do you’ll be the one I trust to do it!
